微(wei)動開關分類
微動開關是借傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)元件(jian)的外(wai)能(neng)壓力,產生瞬(shun)時(shi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)和(he)微(wei)小行程(cheng)的靈(ling)敏開(kai)關(guan)。主要由(you)資片(pian)構(gou)成的靜觸(chu)頭(tou)、動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)觸(chu)頭(tou)及按(an)(an)鈕(niu)等(deng)組成。按(an)(an)下按(an)(an)鈕(niu),借其微(wei)小行程(cheng),可使觸(chu)頭(tou)速動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)而進行電(dian)路(lu)的轉(zhuan)換,外(wai)力消失后,動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)觸(chu)頭(tou)即自(zi)行復位。為使傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)元件(jian)饅慢運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)時(shi)仍能(neng)快速斯(si)開(kai),觸(chu)頭(tou)系(xi)統通常采用跳躍式瞬(shun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)結構(gou)。根據(ju)使用特點(dian)及其操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)機構(gou),微(wei)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)開(kai)關(guan)可分為單(dan)斷(duan)點(dian)不帶操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)機構(gou)、單(dan)斷(duan)點(dian)譖短臂(bei)(bei)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)機構(gou)、單(dan)斷(duan)點(dian)帶長臂(bei)(bei)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)機構(gou)和(he)雙斷(duan)點(dian)帶操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)機構(gou)等(deng)類型,主要用于接(jie)通和(he)切斷(duan)整制(zhi)電(dian)路(lu)。
按照操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)方式劃分,微(wei)動開(kai)關可以分為(wei)(wei)按壓(ya)式和撥動式這兩種類型。按壓(ya)式微(wei)動開(kai)關具有價格低,防塵抗污染,耐用可靠(kao)和模塊化(hua)等特點。在其電路圖中,COM為(wei)(wei)共通引(yin)腳(jiao)(jiao),NC引(yin)腳(jiao)(jiao)在壓(ya)桿(gan)無操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)力(li)(li)時與COM連接(jie);NO引(yin)腳(jiao)(jiao)在壓(ya)桿(gan)受操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)力(li)(li)作(zuo)用時與COM連接(jie)。FP為(wei)(wei)自由位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi),OT為(wei)(wei)超程,OP為(wei)(wei)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi),PT為(wei)(wei)預行(xing)程,RP為(wei)(wei)釋放位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi),MD為(wei)(wei)移動差,OF為(wei)(wei)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)力(li)(li),RF為(wei)(wei)回(hui)復力(li)(li)。
撥動(dong)(dong)式微(wei)(wei)動(dong)(dong)開(kai)(kai)(kai)關組由2個以(yi)上微(wei)(wei)動(dong)(dong)開(kai)(kai)(kai)關組成,撥動(dong)(dong)式微(wei)(wei)動(dong)(dong)開(kai)(kai)(kai)關組又稱DIPSW(雙列直插開(kai)(kai)(kai)關組),在電路(lu)(lu)板上用(yong)做模式選擇開(kai)(kai)(kai)關或調整開(kai)(kai)(kai)關。在維修(xiu)現場,先(xian)對照機(ji)器(qi)前門內(nei)側圖示,比較電路(lu)(lu)板上撥動(dong)(dong)式微(wei)(wei)動(dong)(dong)開(kai)(kai)(kai)關組的設置(zhi),能使維修(xiu)工(gong)作少走彎路(lu)(lu)。
